Service Overview
Our service departments are staffed by professional technicians who have many years experience in the motorcycle trade. Above all we all ride bikes so we get the customers experience and always aim to ensure the customers expectation's are superseded.
We have a culture of training and continual development that ensures people develop both personally and professionally. The expertise we hold within the business is often used when that elusive intermittent fault or the ability to work on something a bit out of the ordinary is required. As you would expect our workshops are fully equipped with all the tooling that you would expect.
Both Blackburn and Manchester are Mot testing stations for class one and two. This includes all motorcycles and combinations. Technicians regularly attend factory training for Piaggio Gilera Vespa and Triumph and are IMI accredited. We have a strong connection with the manufacturer often feeding information and technical knowhow back to their after sales departments.
Philip is currently involved with the setting up of the new Trailblazer Motorcycle apprenticeship scheme.
