JOB TITLE: TRAINEE MOTORCYCLE SALES EXECUTIVE TRIUMPH

RESPONSIBLE TO: STORE MANAGER

DUTIES

The successful applicant is expected to be a good communicator and have a willingness to learn. A polite and helpful manner together with a keen interest in motorcycles is essential. Joining the Youles Sales Team as our trainee you will be taught by our experienced sales professionals. They will coach and mentor you enabling you to maximize the opportunity that business can offer. Whilst previous sales experience in the motor trade is not required some form of experience at dealing with the general public would definitely be an advantage. This position would ideally suit someone that has a retail or hospitality background. This position could suit someone that wants a totally different direction and change in career. Experience from a whole host of industries would be beneficial.

You will very quickly integrate into the sales team selling Triumph Motorcycles, Piaggio, Vespa Scooters and late used machines. We will support you by supplying a large amount of face to face and online training in both products and services offered by Youles Motorcycles and the manufacturers that we support. Eventually, you will take qualifications in vehicle finance and also attend manufacturer training. You will also be required to project the company’s values on customer service and above all be honest and extremely self-motivated.

Your job location will be at our Manchester Triumph World Black store located at 186 Bury New Rd Manchester. Weekend work will be required - this is on a rotating system. Some weekends you will work Saturday only others Sunday. One weekend in four Saturday and Sunday. Hours of business are weekdays 9.30hrs to 18.00hrs, Saturdays 8.30hrs to 17.00hrs and Sundays 10.30hrs to 16.30hrs. Holiday entitlement will be 20 days plus bank holidays. Extra days are available for taking time off in winter and long service

Your remuneration will be a basic salary of £20000 plus commission on sales. You would expect to have an OTE of £38000 in your first year. Your basic salary will be reviewed annually. With the right attitude and ability, you should be earning £42000 by the end of your second year. A generous staff purchase scheme exists that enables parts clothing and new motorcycles to be purchased at trade or below prices. The company also contributes to a stakeholder pension scheme with extra payments for long service. After five years with the company you will have the opportunity to enrol in our private medical insurance scheme. JOB TITLE: Trainee Technician Triumph

RESPONSIBLE TO: Workshop Manger

DUTIES

You will be based at our flagship Manchester Triumph Store and join our experienced workshop team. We are looking for somebody that although not fully trained has some mechanical experience at a basic level. This position would suit somebody that is part way through their training or maybe somebody that has been working on their own machines for a number of years.

We will train and improve the successful applicant up to a high standard. You will attend the Triumph Training and become a qualified Triumph Motorcycle technician. This is a superb opportunity for someone interested in Motorcycles. You would be joining a family business that values hard work and personal development. Your training will develop you into an efficient and accurate technician. Above all the successful applicant must be keen to learn and a team player and keen to take a path of continual self improvement.
